Shira Miller, CPCC, is the Chief Communications Officer of National DCP, the $2 billion supply chain management company serving the franchisees of Dunkin.’ In that role she oversees all aspects of NDCP’s brand image and reputation, including corporate communications, public relations, employee communications, issues management and community relations. A Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, Miller has more than 25 years of award-winning experience in corporate communications, public relations, marketing, executive coaching and employee engagement work. She joined NDCP in 2014.

Miller, A two-time TEDx Speaker, delivered “5 Ways to Let Go of a Dream” at TEDxBoggyCreek in September 2019 and “Stop the Apology Speak” at TEDxBayRidgeWomen in December 2019. She has written more than 40 articles on well-being for Thrive Global, Arianna Huffington’s online community that helps people unlock their greatest potential. Miller is also currently working on a book project called Claim It: 39 Ways to Get Unstuck and Unleash Your Inner Rockstar.

Prior to NDCP, Miller served as President of Shira Miller Communications, a boutique PR and brand image enhancement firm which served clients such as Cox Communications, Spanx, InterContinental Hotels Group, Farm Rich, FOCUS Brands and the Synthetic Turf Council. Her previous corporate work experience includes serving as the Director of Corporate Communications for American Retail Group, a billion-dollar retail company with nearly 1,000 specialty stores and 15,000 employees nationwide; Director of Marketing Communications and Public Relations for Morrison Management Specialists, now a billion-dollar division of Compass; PR Manager for The Shepherd Center; Community Relations Manager for Days Inns of America and Weekend Bureau Coordinator for the NBC News Southeastern Bureau.

A graduate of Emory University, Miller has been recognized with over 40 industry awards, including Public Relations Society of America's National Bronze Anvil Award for Consumer Media Relations. Her story and opinions have been recognized in Shape, Health, First for Women, Quick & Simple, the Atlanta Journal – Constitution, Emory Magazine, Fitbie (MSN’s Healthy Living portal), bestselling business book The Power of Nice, and Trust Your Gut: How the Power of Intuition Can Grow Your Business. She is a member of the Arthur W. Page Society and Forum Group, LLC for senior communications executives and also the Public Relations Society of America. Miller has delivered numerous presentations about communications, branding and marketing to organizations such as Public Relations Society of America- Georgia Chapter, American Marketing Association – Atlanta Chapter, National Association of Women’s Business Owners, Georgia Society of Association Executives and the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce.
