Chief Human Resources Officer Regina D. Bryant, SHRM-SCP, spearheads the HR, safety functions and people strategy for NDCP. She is responsible for creating programs and practices designed to engage and develop the organization’s nearly 1,700 dispersed employees, leading workforce strategy and planning, talent management, performance and compensation management, benefit and wellness programs, and payroll for the organization. Liz Longstreet Darr - Executive Vice President of Strategic Sourcing

With nearly 20 years of experience in the foodservice industry, Liz Longstreet Darr serves as the Executive Vice President of Strategic Sourcing at National DCP (NDCP), the $2 billion supply chain management company serving the franchisees of Dunkin’.  In this role, she is responsible for strategic oversight of NDCP’s partners, suppliers and vendors to effectively support the company’s supply chain, strategic sourcing and program management functions. Longstreet Darr has spent the past 12 years in supply chain roles supporting multi-unit restaurant companies such as Darden Restaurants and Focus Brands. Les Karel - Executive Vice President of Equipment Solutions

A proven supply chain leader with 25 years of leadership experience serving corporate, franchise, multi-brand, and high growth foodservice organizations, Les Karel serves as the Executive Vice President, Equipment Solutions at National DCP (NDCP), the $2 billion supply chain management company serving the franchises of Dunkin’. In this role, he is responsible for comprehensive services related to providing the Dunkin’ franchise network with equipment and appliance supply, repair and maintenance services, logistics and consolidation services, as well as remodel and new construction management services. Most recently, Karel served as a business consultant where he led the development of an indirect sourcing transformation roadmap for a large-scale national restaurant chain. His tremendous equipment services expertise has been honed working with top restaurant industry brands including Arby’s, Wendy’s, Boston Market and Darden Restaurants. With nearly 30 years of significant leadership experience in the foodservice, hospitality, and consumer packaged goods (CPG) industries, Scott McDaniel serves as the Chief Commercial and Strategy Officer,the $2 billion supply chain management company serving the franchises of Dunkin’. In this role, he is responsible for leading the successful development and execution of NDCP’s commercial strategy of business lines, including oversight for our strategic sourcing, equipment solutions, program management teams and exploring future growth strategies ranging from new customers to the manufacturing of core goods. Most recently, Scott served as President of TriMark USA, a $2B supplier to the commercial foodservice industry that currently serves Dunkin’.
