Leveraging his more than 25 years of extensive experience in business strategy, supply chain innovation and management, Carter has played a major role in helping NDCP evolve from five separate operating companies into a nationally unified cooperative. Regina Bryant - Chief Human Resources Officer

Regina D. Bryant, SHRM-SCP, spearheads the HR, safety functions and people strategy for NDCP. She is responsible for creating programs and practices designed to engage and develop the organization’s nearly 1,700 dispersed employees, leading workforce strategy and planning, talent management, performance and compensation management, benefit and wellness programs, payroll and safety initiatives for the organization. Kurt Kappel - Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Distribution

Kurt Kappel serves as the Chief Financial Officer of NDCP, focused on driving profitability, financial strength and process improvements while guiding the finance and accounting teams. He has more than 30 years of financial leadership experience, working for companies such as Nissan, Furniture Brands International, Ford Motor Company and Hughes Aircraft Company. William Whitehead - Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President, Supply Chain

As the Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President, Supply Chain at NDCP, William (Will) Whitehead strives to bring about technological innovation in the supply chain. He has more than 28 years of supply chain and systems experience and 16 years of experience guiding businesses through their supply chain strategy transformations, system implementations and project management. Whitehead has achieved recognition for his work in logistics, serving as a panel speaker at various national conferences. Shira Miller, CPCC, drives corporate communications, public relations, employee communications, branding, issues management and executive leadership development. The Certified Executive Coach has over 25 years of award-winning experience in communications and brand image counsel. In her most recent role as President of Shira Miller Communications, she served clients such as Cox Communications, Spanx, InterContinental Hotels Group, Farm Rich, FOCUS Brands and the Synthetic Turf Council.
