Regina D. Bryant, SHRM-SCP, spearheads the HR, safety functions and people strategy for NDCP. She is responsible for creating programs and practices designed to engage and develop the organization’s nearly 1,700 dispersed employees, leading workforce strategy and planning, talent management, performance and compensation management, benefit and wellness programs, payroll and safety initiatives for the organization.
