Sourcing, procuring and delivering the highest quality food and beverages at the lowest possible sustainable cost for the restaurants we serve is our top priority. Since NDCP’s inception in 2012, our team has saved Members cumulatively more than $523 million.

Our experts leverage their tremendous category and commodities knowledge to bring consumers the products they love each day. For example, Dunkin’ Donuts touts its coffee as “Always great, always there, when and where you need it to be.” A large part of that is due to our strategic sourcing team’s work with an integrated supply chain that includes producer countries worldwide to negotiate the best quality Arabica coffee at the most  sustainable prices.

Building strategic partnerships with vendors for long-term success, we work hard to ensure a continuous supply of goods and negotiate competitive pricing for nearly 2,000 active items including food, beverage, packaging and equipment.

Program Management

From heart-shaped Valentine’s Day donuts filled with brownie batter to pumpkin-flavored lattes in the fall, Limited Time Offers (LTOs) can go a long way to increasing sales and building customer loyalty. That’s why we have an entire team at NDCP called Program Management dedicated to the execution of Dunkin’ Brands limited-time offers and special market promotions.

Once Dunkin’ Brands develops the LTO concept, commercializes the product and finalizes forecasting, Program Management collaborates with Sourcing to negotiate the best pricing for promotion products, executes the official forecast and communicates it with Inventory, Operations and Member Services.

Working tirelessly to ensure the product is available at all times during that particular market window, the team also consistently monitors product sales and works to minimize obsolescence at the conclusion of the LTO.

Effectively supporting Dunkin’ Brands, a $7 billion franchisee system, takes a lot of planning and hard work. Each year, our extensive distribution network makes 650,000 deliveries of 75,000,000 cases by driving more than 30,000,000 miles to Dunkin’ stores nationwide.

NDCP’s Operations team focuses on four key areas – Inventory (Forecasting, Buying, Logistics), Warehouse (Receiving, Selecting, Loading), Transportation (Routing, Dispatch, Delivery) and Member Services (Customer Service).

Our national trucking fleet is comprised of nearly 750 tractors and trailers. The majority of our workforce is based out of nine distribution centers and 32 hubs across the U.S. to ensure we serve our Members well in established markets and throughout Dunkin’s rapidly expanding footprint.
