Liz Longstreet Darr - Executive Vice President of Strategic Sourcing
With nearly 20 years of experience in the foodservice industry, Liz Longstreet Darr serves as the Executive Vice President of Strategic Sourcing at National DCP (NDCP), the $2 billion supply chain management company serving the franchisees of Dunkin’. In this role, she is responsible for strategic oversight of NDCP’s partners, suppliers and vendors to effectively support the company’s supply chain, strategic sourcing and program management functions.
Joining NDCP in 2020, Longstreet Darr’s expertise includes supply chain strategy and optimization, procurement and client management in the foodservice industry. She spent the past 12 years in supply chain roles supporting multi-unit restaurant companies such as Darden Restaurants and Focus Brands. Most recently, Longstreet Darr served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of SpenDifference, a supply chain organization dedicated to the multi-unit restaurant industry, and a subsidiary of Foodbuy and Compass Group, the largest food and support services solutions company in the United States. In that capacity, she oversaw all functional areas of SpenDifference, including supply chain, client solutions, finance and technology.
She completed her undergraduate degree at Cornell University, and her MBA at Emory University. Longstreet Darr also serves on the Board of Directors for World Coffee Research (WCR), an organization driving collaborative research to transform the coffee sector to be productive for industry, profitable for coffee farmers, and sustainable for the world.
